The user may freely provide personal data or, in the case of usage data, collect it automatically during the use of the NOVA EUROSPECTRA application. Storing and Managing Backups
This type of service allows the Owner to save and manage backups of the NOVA EUROSPECTRA application on external servers managed by the service provider itself. Backups may include source code and content as well as data provided by the User to NOVA EUROSPECTRA d.o.o. through the use of the application.

Contact Form (NOVA EUROSPECTRA)
By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes NOVA EUROSPECTRA to use these details to respond to requests for information, quotations, or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header. Personal data processed: address; postal code; city; region; country; email address; first name; last name; personal identification number; number of valid personal identification document; telephone number; various types of data.
Mailing List or Newsletter (NOVA EUROSPECTRA)
By registering on the mailing list or for the newsletter, the User’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of a commercial or promotional nature concerning NOVA EUROSPECTRA d.o.o. Your email address might also be added to this list as a result of signing up to the NOVA EUROSPECTRA application. Personal data processed: email address.

Call Tracking
When you call our customer support team, NOVA EUROSPECTRA uses an automated number detection system to link your phone number to your existing reservations – this can help save time for both you and our customer support staff. Our customer service staff may still ask for authentication to ensure that your reservation details remain confidential. During conversations with our customer support team, live listening or call recording may be conducted for quality control and training purposes, including using recordings to process requests and detect fraud. Not all calls are recorded, and recordings are stored for a limited time before being automatically deleted unless NOVA EUROSPECTRA d.o.o. has a legitimate interest in retaining these recordings for a longer period, including for fraud investigation and legal purposes.
Tag Management
This type of service helps the Owner to centrally manage the tags or scripts needed on the NOVA EUROSPECTRA application. This results in the flow of user data through these services, which may result in the retention of that data.
Service Not Directed to Children Under 14
Users declare that they are adults according to their applicable law. Minors may use the NOVA EUROSPECTRA application only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstances may persons under the age of 14 use the NOVA EUROSPECTRA application.

Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests will be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Upon expiration of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the retention period expires.
